CANBERRA, Novel* her 30 Concessions to telephone subscribers, representing a loss in revenue in excess of £40,000 annually were announced by the Postmaster-General (Mr Parkhill) in the House of Representatives. . It was also announced that free wireless licenses would be available to all blind persons over sixteen.
