The two Marama passengers who were not allowed to land on Tuesday morning were Francis Pinker, aged 21. labourer, and Francis Jeeves, aged 23. a carpenter. They were charged with beino prohibited immigrants, anu were sentenced to a month’s imprisonment, and ordered to be returned to New Zealand.
