LONDON, November 27
Jersey is again a paradise in a muchtaxed world. The income tax 1$ being reduced from sixpence to fourpence in the pound, and the tea duty of threepence is being abolished. Guernsey also shows a surplus on a lenpenny income tax.

A cycle and motor-cycle, show at Olympia, which opened on Saturday, will be continued until December 2. Motor cycles on show are said to be smarter and cleaner than, their predecessors.
