FEAR'S HELD FOR SAFETY

ROTORUA, November 21. Fears are entertained for tlie safety of Mr A. 1). Campbell, a well-known English angler, who is, missing from Pye’s camp above the Huka falls in the Waikato river.
On Monday morning, Campbell and Dr Fenwick, of Auckland, left the camp to fish, but separated. Later, when Dr Fenwick returned to see how his companion was faring. He could find no trace of him.
Afterwards an angler downstream reported that he had' seen a man’s hat floating in the water. Campbell was 0 n his thirty-third successive visit to the Dominion for trout fishing., So far the search for him has been unsuccessful.'
