(Received this daj’ at 12 noon) MELBOURNE, November 20. Cyclonic disturbances caused much damage in Victoria. A cloudburst was responsible for extensive Avashaways on the DimboolaRainboAv railway line. Sheep Avere killed by a fire ball in the Richester. district. Much danjage was don e to wheat crops, it being estimated that 40,000 bags AA'ere lost in the Rupanyup district alone.
