LABOUR DAY
CHANGE IN DATE REQUESTED (Per Press Association, Copyright). WELLINGTON, November 16. The Minister of Labour (the Hon. Adam Hamilton), to-day promised a deputation from Labour Members of Parliament that lie would look into a request for a change in the date of Labour Dnv to the tbb-d Monday in November. The objection to the present date is on account of the weather, and November was thought to he a better weather month. The Minister’s attitude was that the request was reasonable*
