LATE LOCALS
In connection with the case heard last court day in which George Biddington junr., was charged with constructing a set net within two chains of another set net in the Teremakau river; and with, constructing a set net in a position not approved by the inspector (Sergeant 0. J. King), the Magistrate Mr W. Meldrum), who reserved his judgment, announced this afternoon in the Court at Hokitika that he would adjourn the case till next court day, there being some indecision regarding the matter of dates.
