f Receive dthis day at 1,30 p.m.i LONDON, November 16. Britain, is taking a new initiative on on disarmament. Sir John Simon and Captain Eden are going to Geneva on November 17, to consult Mr Henderson, and representatives of France, Italy and the United States. The conversations will aim at. restarting the Disarmament Conference on the basis of the British draft convention.
