Vital portions of the inter-Allied commission control report, kept secret since 1927, have at last been published at the instance of tile Belgian Senator who contends that Germany never disarmed.
'The report declares that, quantities of hidden arms and war material existed in Germany and the budgetary provisions for Germany’s army annually increased.
Army recruiting was reorganised according to the peace treaty, but the regulations were based in the forces of a great power. Preparations for war was tlie final object of the training. The police and militarised youth were given military training in clo.se alliance with the Reicliswehr. Further, Germany had erected new- fortifications contrary to the Versailles Treaty.
