LIBERALS JOIN OPPOSITION

The Illiberal Parliamentary party meet to-day to consider whether they should cross the floor or the House. Certain tactical advantages would, it it stated, be secured by sitting in the Oppositon benches, including the right to claim the choice of a subject foi discussion on a certain number of “supply” days. “The Times” says: “The general opinion is that the Liberal party today will, by a majority, decide to go into opposition at once, though some members may not yet do so.
