TOUCHED A ROCK

HOLE FOUND IN BALLAST TANK.

GREYMOUTH, November 15.
The Union Company’s steamer, Kai'epo, when entering port across the bar tin's morning, is reported to have touched a rock at the south tip head. She arrived at the wharf, and later, it is understood, a hole was found in the ballast tank.
