A heavy earthquake, of almost major proportions, rocked the city on Tuesday morning. Thousands rushed into . the streets. Only minor damage resulted. Valparaiso, and dozens of smaller ■cities and villages were also shaken. TWO PROVINCES ROCKED. (Received this clay at 9.32 a.m.) BUENOS AYRES, November 14. A violent earthquake rocked the Mendoza and San Juan provinces.
