ASSASSINATION PLOT FAILS

One person was killed and four were seriously injured .when two men twice fired* revolvers at Antonio ' die Rivera, the stm of General de Rivera, the late military dictator of Spam. Antonio was addressing a meeting in a theatre at Cadiz. The audience were panic-stricken at the shooting. There was a wild scramble to escape from the threatre. De Rivera was not hurt., He is 30 years of age. He is a good Englisu scholar, and he has all of the patriotic fervour of his father.
