ARENA FOR WEMBLEY. (United Association—-By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) (Received this day at 1.40 p.m.) LONDON, October 26. Sir Thomas Wilford, speaking at a luncheon at which Lord Mottistone. (formerly General Seeley) announced tho building of an indoor snorts arena, at Wembley, said lie would like to see an inter-Empire Rugby championship played there. He expressed the opinion that New Zealand would assuredly enter for it. Sir Thomas said, he understood the British : Union is not to the idea.
