Sarrant has formed a Radical Ministry, .and 'becomes Prime Minister, and Foreign Minister. CVf. Pan] Boncour goes to the Ministries of Justice and League of Nations. M. Sarrant announced that the party conference was not changing its foreign policy. “We wan: ' mo two or three power conferences with Germany, but intend to follow the path at Geneva. M. Sai rant added that he proposed io decrease, not increase, taxation, believing that more business and more revenue would result. The meeting enthusiastically endorsed the policy.
