In the Court of Appeal, the case Carroll and another v the Attorney General, an originating summons heard by the Court of Appeal on October JO, 11 and 12, raised the question of the validity of Clause 5o of the general dairy regulations, made under tlie Dairy Industry Act 1908. The Court this morning delivered judgment declaring the regulations to he ultra vires and void.
