LINER ASHORE
MISHAP NEAR MARSEILLES.

RUGBY, October 18. The Ellerman liner "City of f ns,” which went aground on a sandbank near Marseilles, in a dense fog. yesterday evening, wa s refloated this morning, and is proceeding to Marseilles. The liner i- a vessel of 10,900 tons, > and has 200 passengers aboard.
