1936 OLYMPIAD IN GERMANY. (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.) BERLIN, October 18. The German Government has approved of plans for the 1936 Olympic Games Stadium for holding one hundred thousand spectators. The Avork Avill begin immediately. The Government is providing tbe finance.
