At the London Dairy Show, the Empire cor petitions for butter resulted:—

,'Salted Bi tter—Darling Downs Cociperative Ritter Factory, Goomtiungee, Queensland, 97£ points was the winner.

Tin salted Butter —Adelaide Milk Supply Co-operative Coy., ,97 points, was the winner.

The quality of the butters favourably impressed the experts. General excellence was shown by the fact that the lowest points awarded to unsalted were eighty-eight, and to salted ninety.
