In <1 fust, thrilling .wrestling bout here to-avlght, .Hal .Rumberg beat George "Walker on points after the bout had gone the full eight rounds. Rumberg had the best of the first five round, .and he secured a fall in the third with a full Nelson. Walker evened in the sixth, securing a. Boston Crab, which he still held to, after the fall was awarded, until the referee forced him to the mat. Walker received a hostile reception for holding on. Neither .man could secure a- fall in the last two rounds, and a very popular decision was given to Rumberg.

With an early points Ic'd, Rumberg in the final round endured severe punishment. The bout wag a very fast and severe one.

He was then thrown about the ring with hoadlooks until Alamos bbought, the exhibition to a close with a cress buttock and press.
