CHICAGO, October 12

Professor Allen, who has participated in the American College of Surgeons symposia on the importance oi accuiate hospital records and a R° national broadcasting regarding the F ei natal care of women, has informed the Australian Press Assn, that in the discussions at the Congress it was decided that cancer is curable. He said that there are encouraging results of the treatment of the disease at the American centres.

Professor Vihitehouse. the representative of the British College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, said that cancer is undoubtedly increasing in England and Wales where 60,716 persons have died in the last twelve months from the disease.
