The Minister of Agriculture has issued a permit to the Dairy Association to import butter, owing to the drought having caused a shortage resulting in an ’advance jib price to 2s sd. The Union exported five million pounds which is selling overseas at- B£d. ANGLO—PERSIAN OIL PA/CT. (.Received this day at 2.15 p.m.) GENEVA, October 12. The Council adopted the Anglo-Per-. oil settlement, copies of which have heen' cin'culated to members. Mutual congratulations were exchanged.
