The Dominions’ Secretary refused Chief Tsfiekedi permission to proceed to Egg!and, but suggested that he submit his views on the impending proclamations to his advisers, the (Rev. Mr Jennings, and counsel, who sail on Friday to discuss the constitutional points involved in the proclamations.
