FOR ROAD RACE. (Per Prtss Association - Copyright. ; WELLINGTON, Sep. 28. The New Zealand Amateur Road Cycling Championship was to have been hold at Hcwera next week, but no entries have been received, and so the event has been called off. It was to have been a 100 kilometres’ time trial. Entries closed on Monday ? but acceptance was deferred for a day ns there was a possibility that posting might have been delayed till the last minute. Nevertheless none arrived.
