AN AMENDING BILL. (Ter pres.? Association — Copyright ) WELLINGTON, September 29. It is understood the Summer Time Amendment Bill wliich Mr McKeen intends to introduce in the House of Representatives will; propose increasing daylight saving to one hour, and the, extending of the period during which it operates, by several weeks.
