FATE OF BOMBER

(United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright). -

(Received this day at 1.80 ;p.m.), LONDON, September 28.

The fate of the missing bomber was determined by the recovery of wreckage in the sea near Hartlepool. The occupants, Flight Sergeant Christian arid Corporal Lewis are presumed to have lost their lives. Spectators on the beach reported the bomber was flying so low that it' compelled them to duck. It circled uncertainly and then disappeared seawards in a fog. A crash was heard a few seconds later.
