WEDDING BELLS
The wedding took .place . at Greymouth yesterday .afternoon of. Norman Geprgp Marsh,; eldest .son of. Mr •;and Mrs N. ; ;P, .Marslj, of Papanui (Christ-' church), and' Gladys .Maude "Wisdom, third daughter of Mrs and the late Mr • tlerberV Wiscjomp iofj;v Cobden.:: The bride’s frock , : iyas of.. midnight *blu'e crope-de-pji irie; ■ the:. coatee,; was hedged with avcf-rdemi pleats;. the* flared .skirt was ;oi an Id© ..length, finished with frill-to ..match, and the belt was smartened with a diamante buckle. Her-hat was of blue felt to. tone, with apricot flowers, completed with velvet bon. She wore silver grey stockings and "black velvet shoes. A reception as held at the residence of they'bride’s ■' mother, where the usual toasts were honoured. Mrs Wisdom and Mrs Marsh (mother of the bride groom) received■ the guests attired in frocks of martilaine (with hat of latest ; straw to tone) and blue floral ,crinkle crop, grey coat (with blue felt hat to tone), respectively. The travelling dress of the bride was a diagonal cloth coat, navy straw hat trimmed with white. The newly wedded couple left n n their honeymoon to-day for Christchurch.
