Interviewed prior to going to Geneva, Dr Dullfuss objected to a discretion of the new Government as Fastcist, adding “We have created a new Austria out of chaos. “Tell England we are determined we shall succeed. There is deep wisdom in Mussolini’s phrase ‘Fascism is not an exportable article.” AUSTRIAN DECREE. (Received this day at 11.5 a.m.) VIENNA); September 24. Dr Dollfuss is promulgating a decree imposing imprisonment for anti-Aus-trian activities particularly applicable to Nazis and Communists.
