TO BE RANSOMED SPANISH 1921 ROUT (United Press Association —By Electric lelegrapil—Copyright). (Received this day at 9.15 a,m,) MADRID, Sep. 24. Fifteen soldiers captured by Moors when the army of fourteen thousand disappeared after the rout in Morocco in 1921 are reported to be returning home. Some were ransomed from Abdul Kriem, and others are still held in the mountain fastness, tribesmen negotiating for their ransom. It is also rumoured that General Silvestre, leader ot the ill-fated army is still living.
