STRANGE ROMANCE
SOLDIER AND NURSE VANCOUVER, September 6. After having corresponded with each other for 19 years, a Scottish nurse 'and a Scottish Canadian soldier met for the first.time yesterday on the occasion of their wedding day. In 1914 the nurse, who was then working in a London hospital, slipped her name and address into the wrapjper of a cake of soap which she contributed to a patriotic: fund.
