allegation of kissing. LONDON, September 11. Si r Leo Chiozza Money, economist and former member of Parliament, and minor Minister, was fined 40s cr.d costs at the Epsom Police Couik to-day on a charge of assaulting a shopgirl, Ivy ißuxton, in a railway carriage, and 10s; for Interfering with the comfort of passengers. Notice of appeal was given.. Defendant denied the girl’s evidence-,, •atod denied that he had passionately kissed he r face and neck, though he admitted kissing her hands.
