EVERYBODY'S PICTURES. “LOVE ON'WHEELS.” The popularity of British screen comedies is increasing with audiences tlie world over, and each production attracts bumper houses, the performances meeting with the genuine approval of all. Showing at the Princess Theatre to-night is the latest comedy, “Love' on- Wheels,” and' is acclaimed by the Censorial Board as' one of the hits of the season. Tn this story Jack Hulhert (Fred Hopkins) is employed at Gallop’s Stores in a peculiar posit.on. The customers are always right. If anything goes wrong it is Hopkins’ fault and- lie is “fired”, in the presence of the complaining customer.' Hopkins travels, to town by-, a-Green-Line ’bus of which the conductor is Gordon Harker, and falls in love with-Jane Russell (Leonora Corbett). The course of their love is told in amusing picture and dialogue; Throughout,- the picture is bright- and entertaining. There is an abundance of humour, melodious’ music, song and dance, and is a worthy successor to “Jack’s Tlie Boy.” Jack Hiilb'ert is supported by a brilliant cast, including Gordon Harker, who gives a fine study of a cockney ’bus conductor with a lively sense of humour, Edmund Gwenn. a splendid actor, in the role of general manager -of the storesand we have a new British film find in the charming Aliss Leonora- Corbett, who dances and sings delightfully.
