TWO MORE JOIN THE MAJORITY (United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright.] NEW YORK, Sep. 19. On the basis of incomplete returns, the States of Idaho and New Alexico to-day became the thirtieth and thirty-first State respectively to ratify the Prohibition Repeal Amendment, the Wets gaining substantial majorities in both, cases.
