' BRIAN BORU GOLD DREDGING COOn Wednesday last at 4 p.m. the ladder winch motor broke down causing .a stoppage of dredging operations until a new motor was obtained from Wellington. This Wag installed on Saturday and at '5 p.m. on that d a y dredging operations were resumed, ft is nor anticipated there will be «-y farther trouble from this source. The screen ig still giving a little trouble; but it is hoped to overcome this difficulty soon, and thereafter , there should be fewer stoppages with correspondingly better returns. NEW COMPANY.
