Newell. .. ’ It was recommended' that briihehes endeavour to. secure; additional, facilities for' young journalists to-attend university lectures, parvfeularly those | e - ding uo to -W diploma in' journalism.. The proposal for establishing brancii libraries- of works-- wpon .. journaliiSm. • and related'subjects was also approved.
