(Received this day at 12.45 p.m.) MEXICO CITY-, September 17. ’• The hurricane and flood waters, which resulted in over thirty deaths at Tampico has continued in various parts of northern Mexico, and it is estimated that the death toll will exceed 130. Forty bodies are reported recovered in the lowlands following a dam break in the Santiago river near San Luis Potasi.
