Referring to : the appointment of thirty-three Justices of the .Peace, who,.were, gazetted to-night, the Hon. Cobbe said; that they, were sup-pleinerita-ry to , - those appointments recently made. The! majority of the appointments had been rendered' necessary by death or removal of Justices of the Peace in the country districts in which, in several instances' there was no Justice of the peace always r available to "sign - documents requiring .the signature of a Justice.
