Accompanying is a list of loans still owing to Britain, and this includes: Russia, £1,118,972,000; Turkey, for Crimean War assistance, £2,260,000; Egypt, £3,517,000 (Alexandria indemnities). THREE MORE STATES VOTE WET. NEW YORK, .September 12. Three more States have joined in the Prohibition Repeal parade to-day, as the returns have indicated that the Maryland, Colorado and Minnesota voters rejected National Prohibition by a large majority.
