An endeavour was made at. a meeting to persuade the Wellington Bowling Centre to reverse its decision to play the centre pairs \ championship,' with-, three bowls per player, and return to. the old system of pair bowls. The discussion ended in the three bowls gamebeing , sustained by a .substantial majority.
