DRY LAW REPEAL
TEXAS RATIFIES AMENDMENT (United Press Association —By Electria Telegraph—Copyright) NEW YORK, August 26. According to Incomplete returns, Texas has voted by about two to one to ratify - the Prohibition Repeal Amendment. So far twenty-three States have rejected prohibition. The complete ratification of the repeal law by thirtysix States before the end -of this year is becoming increasingly probable.
