JUROR EXCUSED
AN UNUSUAL REASON.
MELBOURNE, August 21
An unusual reason was given by a man who asked to be excused from jury service in Melbourne recently. He told the Judge that he felt that he could not serve as a juror with an unbiassed mind, and that short of seeing the actual happening on which lie might be asked to judge a man, he would not convict.
