In connection . with the’ West ..Coast ehalleaige .for the Ranfiifly Shield which will be played at Christchurch on Saturday week, it is understood that the Railway Department . are . running >a special train which will leave Ross at 11 o’clock and Hokitika at midnight bn Friday alight, and another train will leave Greymouth at 5.30 ..a.m. on Saturday. The trains will return on. Saturday night leaving about 10.30 and 11 o’clock'.
