WELLINGTON, August 23
Wellington Harbour Board to-night granted free facilities at the port of Wellington to the second Byrd Antarctic expedition. Advice was received from Mr T. J. Gardiner, Wellington representative of the expedition, that the expedition ship "Bear of Oakland” is expected to arrive at Wellington about the end of November to load stores.
