Tiie Buffer Hospital Board was engaged for several hours on Friday night in a searching inquiry into.matters affecting the nursing staff of the Buffer District Hospital (says the Westport Times). After an, examination of the probationers’-- progress reports, seven were brought t'o the mat when the chairman (the Hm£. W. H. Mclntyre) lectured as to their shortcomings. As a, result of the- inquiry some changes of the staff will taka place, two nurses being' dismissed.
