AUCKLAND, Aug. 21

Tile death has occurred in Kawarkawa Hospital 0 f seven year old hoy, W. Wjllcock, who was admitted suffering from sleeping sickness. Three deaths from the disease liavo now occurred.

Medical officers Iclieyo that another child died' from the disease m Whakarnpa district, Hokianga county. No further cases have been reported. If no change in tne situation takes place it is 'probable that the ban on public meetings will be lifted on Saturday next, and that pictuio theatres will also be Opened.
