Bee use the -Public Works Department has decided no longej. to grant free transport- to and.'ifrom Christchurch for the unemployed men working at Ashley camp, the men decided at a meeting to-night, to. declare a lock-out, the term used by the men’s spokesman in repo-flring the meeting.. This will not affect the -men who are resident in the camp, but only those who have been travelling there to and from the city.
