WAIHI GOLD MINE RETURN

During the period ended August 5, comprising, twenty-two crushing days, 17,928 tons of ore were crushed and treated by the Waihi- (fold Mining. 'Co. for the return- of 5,044 ounces of gold, and 32,918 fine ounces of silver. This included 2,495 ton s of ore mined from the Waihi Grand Junction a rea,. which yielded 775 ounces of gold and 3,631 ounces °f silver.
