The 25th lafihual report of the directors of the Inter-Wanganui Co-op. Dairy Coy., Ltd., states the export market was very unsatisfactory- but your directors were successful in making forward sales ‘ considerably above London parity, the export butter realising 9.404 d per pound. The 'balance sheet provides for ah average pay out of 9.56 pence per pound of ‘finest butterfat over the year. The buildings and plant have been maintained in excellent appearance and repair. The manager and staff are to be commended for the general work performed during the year and especially of their success in winning the South Island . Grading Competition. Although times are difficult your directors; recomiPend a dividend of 3 per cent op fully paid up shares. The retiring directors are Mr J, Graham and Mr W. Searle. Jnr.
