CLEARING: SALE-KOITERANGI. A successful clearing gale of the live and dead stock of Mr Geo. Fearn was conducted ,at ICeijerauigi toy Jeffries and Co. on Saturday fast The dairy stock was yarded fn excellent condition and was the- subject of general all round spirited competition. The better tested grade cows 'realis-nig up to £8 fig and first calf heifers to £6 ss. A 'satisfactory clearancewas /made of all the dead stock at the sale.
The following sales were made, most of the cows toeing due atoout end of thi 6 month. Two cows at £8 ss, 1 at £6 15s, 1 at £fi 10s, 2 at £6 ss, 1 at ( £5 15s, 2at £5 10 s< lat£s ; 3 faulty cowsi at £4 ; 1 heifer at £6 ss, 1 at ■£6, 1 at ;£5 10s, 2 at £5, 1 at £4 15s; 7 cows passed at £4; 2-year Jersey bull at £5; 3 yearling heifers at £1 10s; 5 store pigs at 19s, Berkshire sow £4 12s 6d, Triekshire sow £4 ; milk vat £2 5s cream cans from 10s to 19s • s aW bench £1 19s ; set truck wheels £1 15s; scalding tubs - Ills to 16s; force pump £1 10s; F.N. engin© pulley shafting £8 10s; loft of hay £2; quantity sundries at market prices. At the same fixture 9. heifers were sold for M. Moynihaa at £4 10s each.
