Howard is an English' star who Las attained a high pinnacle of popularity and fame, and in', each of his big pictures'he adds greatly to his reputation. In “Service tor Ladieh,” patrons are surd of brilliant acting in one of the most' appealing characters introduced' on the screen. The remainder of the programme comprises excellent .shorts.
